Wisconsin real estate practice changes effective August 17, 2024
As a result of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) proposed settlement agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by Holmes sellers, NAR has agreed to make two practice changes.
The Multiple Listing Service( MLS) will no longer be able to offer compensation to cooperating firms via MLS.
Firms working with buyers need a written agreement before touring a home with a buyer.
